1. Purpose of this website
This website describes the SB Quant Strategies trading system and displays historical account data. Its content is general information, not personal investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing on this website is a promise that a client will make money.
2. Leveraged foreign exchange
Foreign-exchange products can use leverage, which means a relatively small market movement may have a much larger effect on account equity. Losses can develop quickly during volatile markets, price gaps or periods of limited liquidity.
Broker margin rules may lead to positions being reduced or closed without advance notice. Slippage can cause an order to execute at a different price from the one expected by the trading system.
3. Automated trading
Automation removes some manual decisions, but it does not remove risk. Internet outages, broker restrictions, delayed price feeds, software faults, connection failures and unexpected market conditions can affect trading or prevent an order from executing.
No automated system works in every market condition. Rules that performed well in one period may produce losses in another.
4. Historical performance
All gains, drawdown figures, win rates, trade counts and charts on this website relate to past activity. Past performance does not predict future results. Returns can vary materially between accounts because of deposit timing, account settings, spread, commission, slippage and broker execution.
The Myfxbook link provides an external view of the tracked account. That public record should not be treated as an audit or a guarantee.
5. Balance, equity and open positions
Balance reflects realised account value. Equity also includes unrealised profit or loss on open positions, so the two figures can differ while trades remain active. A strategy that builds a position in stages can carry several open entries at the same time.
Drawdown must be considered alongside return. A large historical gain does not make a large historical drawdown less serious.
6. Suitability and responsibility
Trading may not be suitable for you. Consider your financial position, experience, objectives and tolerance for loss before connecting an account. Use only risk capital and seek independent professional advice where needed.
You remain responsible for the brokerage account, its credentials, funding decisions, withdrawals, margin and tax obligations. Review all broker terms separately.
7. Current terms
Fees, minimum account requirements, broker arrangements and connection steps can change. Ask the SB Quant team for the current written terms and read them before proceeding.
8. Questions
If any part of this disclosure is unclear, do not connect an account. Contact the team through WhatsApp and ask for an explanation.
